North Indian Cuisine
North Indian cuisine is not like all other Indian food. With dishes that are typically not rice based and don’t rely heavily on coconut, you will notice the difference right away. Dishes can be spiced mild, medium or hot and are prepared when you order, the way you order them. Individually preparing meals means they can be responsive to specific allergy or dietary considerations and will do their best to accommodate. Looking for a dish that isn’t on the menu? If they can make it for you, they will. If you’re in need of suggestions, the butter chicken and the curries are the house specialties.

Buffet
The large lunch buffet gives you choices of more than a dozen meal items and includes appetizers, salads and desserts. Sip on a Kingfisher beer or mango juice while you decide. Dishes on the buffet are prepared mild but hot sauces are close by on the side so you can spice it up as you wish. Don’t have time to enjoy the buffet? Take-out is available and you’re welcome to call ahead so your order can be ready when you are.

The Colours of India
This cozy, 40-seat restaurant is delightfully decorated with traditional Indian colours and pieces. Let your eyes take in the sights and colours of India while your other senses enjoy the aromas and flavours. Make sure you wet your lips with a mango-yogurt drink and nibble on some paddadum while your ears indulge in the enchanting Indian melodies.
