Donate Your Clothes
St. Vincent de Paul accepts donations of virtually anything except large appliances. Gently used clothing, furniture, toys, books, household items, baby accessories, small appliances…. As long it is in good working order they are happy to receive it and will display it for sale in their second hand store. Pick up service is available if you can’t make it to the shop yourself. Call the store for details.

Shop for a Cause
In need of something for your home, a cottage or looking for that unique item you won’t find elsewhere? Check out the shop at St. Vincent de Paul. Besides coming home with that perfect item you can feel good knowing your shopping dollars have gone to support worthy causes in your area. This large facility is full of great items that are constantly changing. Like other retailers you can expect to find seasonal displays and holiday items exactly when you need them.

Helping the Community
The stores of St. Vincent de Paul are mandated to help the Ottawa community. That means profits from their shop go directly to such worthy causes as school breakfast programs, women and children’s shelters and residences for those coping with physical or mental handicaps. They have also been known to help out when someone appealed directly to the store for assistance or with a specific need. The store’s staff and volunteers are a knowledgeable and compassionate group who are there to assist when they can.
