Everything Under the Sun
There are so many sports to choose from at the Nepean Sportsplex that it may be hard to know where to begin. Close to the city, yet far enough to see forests, this huge facility knows the meaning of fun. Baseball diamonds, a lawn bowling facility, soccer fields, Minto Field for football and Hamilton Yards for baseball fill their outdoor spaces. The indoor features are three arenas, including the Steve Yzerman Arena, the curling rink, squash courts and several pools, and a 50-meters Olympic-style pool and a whirlpool. There's always something new to try.

Figure and in-line skating classes, hockey camps, badminton courts, volleyball, basketball, children's and adult aquatics and the use of their modern fitness centre are few of the services offered for the public's enjoyment. The Sportsplex also offers a host of wonderful programs for the senior members of the city.
