Creative and Eye-Catching
Miss Chocolat candies and truffles have delectable names and even more delectable centres. Some of the unique ingredients in some of Miss Chocolat chocolates include dark beer, jasmine tea, cardamom and even pesto. The traditional favorites blend caramel, nuts and various fruit centres such as cherry, strawberry and mango. The melt-in-your-mouth truffles are made of dark chocolate with port, Grand Marnier or chocolate centres and dusted off with cocoa powder for a perfect finish. Diabetics can rejoice at the maltitol-based chocolate creations offered by this choclaterie, including mint chocolate, a sugar-free truffle and an espresso-flavoured chocolate. All dark chocolate is made with 72 percent cocoa and milk chocolate with 38 percent cocoa.

More Than Chocolate
Miss Chocolat is more than a local business - it's a part of the Gatineau community. At this choclaterie, customers can sign up for fun hands-on workshops to learn how to make their own heavenly creations from fresh ingredients and direct coaching. Workshops for adults come in three levels and teach a variety of skills such as moulding, chocolate fusion and tempering. Children can also participate in hour-long workshops where they learn about the history of chocolate and get to make bite-sized chocolates themselves. Miss Chocolat also designs exquisite wedding cakes and can accommodate a multitude of design requests. If you're looking for a holiday centrepiece or gift for colleagues, Miss Chocolat is the perfect place to get custom-designed candies and decorative chocolate works.
