A Good Mix of Tradition
Opened in 1964, the Manderley Golf Club is an excellent mix of all the traditional golf features including water, sand trapped bunkers and wide open and tight fairways. Since it opened, there have been continuous course improvements, resulting in Manderley being a high-class, semi-private golfing facility. Manderley on the Green is a course suitable for all levels of play, has league play and memberships available.
The Hole Story
The golf game starts with a challenge at the 1st hole, par four because of the drainage ditch crossing the fairway. Hit to the left from the tee to avoid the trees and bunkers. The 10th (par five) hole is almost always windy and has a drainage ditch crossing the fairway. This hole has a strong three shot possibility. The 15th (par five) hole is Manderley's most challenging hole, requiring a perfect second shot to avoid trouble.
