Jak’s Kitchen is for those who think they’d like to try a little gourmet cooking but don’t know if they’re ready for anything extremely different. Dishes such as stuffed pork tenderloin, mussels and stuffed chicken breast are more gourmet than many people would try themselves at home, but still identifiable enough that you’ll know what you’re eating. Decent sized portions will leave you feeling satisfied, but not stuffed, which is good because you’ll want to make sure you have room for dessert. Traditional favourites such as chocolate cheesecake, carrot cake or a mouth watering chocolate brownie will both satisfy your sweet tooth and round out an excellent meal. Again, the focus here is on quality, not quantity, so even after dessert you won’t feel you’ve over done it.
