Lots to Choose From
Unlike most video and DVD rental stores, the movies here aren't organized alphabetically. Instead they are placed according to director, or by the film festival they debuted in. Glebe Video has a large selection of movies from such influential directors as Frank Capra, Woody Allen and Howard Hawks. It also has a number of boxed sets available for rental. And there is an entire room devoted just to foreign films.

Film students often work at Glebe International, and they are able to offer information about movies in the store. Other patrons include film aficionados who travel from as far as Wakefield or Aylmer to rent the video they want to see. Teachers and professors come here for historical movies, and Carleton film majors drop by so they can re-watch films before their exams.
