All about the Sandwich
Your meal starts with bread, either white or multi-grain, baked fresh every day. Then, either select one of the 19 creations listed on the big board, or custom-make one specifically to your tastes. Some are hot, some are cold – all are delicious. There are even breakfast sandwiches for the early birds whose sandwich craving starts before lunch. Being all about the sandwich, you won’t find a lot of funky wraps or baked offerings; what you will find is a really great sandwich.
Other Offerings
To go with, or instead of a sandwich, Fat Bz’ also offers up two soups daily – one cream and one broth, as well as chilli. The menu is still evolving though since this shop has only been open since late in 2007. Watch for additional items such as salads and desserts in the future. This small shop does have seating for 10 if you’d like to sit for a spell, but most prefer to come in and take their lunch to go.
Catering
Fat Bz’s also offers catering. If you pre-order, they can offer more than they do in shop and can set you up with salads and desserts in addition to your sandwiches and other platter offerings. Using the same price structure for catering as they do in store, this is typically a less-expensive way to feed your crowd than traditional catering options. 24 hours notice is required for all catering orders.
