Brunch at Benny’s includes French toast, sausage and gravlax – traditional Swedish and Finnish salt-cured raw salmon. Soups, sandwiches and pastas dot the pages of Benny’s lunch menu. Fancier denominations are also available and include sea scallops, duck, red snapper and pork tenderloin.
