How tempting would you find a salad of sugar almonds and mandarin or a tequila raspberry spinach salad. Now if you’re tempted, add a skewer of shrimp or chicken to top it all off. It’s almost a meal in itself. Looking for something heartier? The steaks here are all the rave and the fish and chips are pure heaven. Daily specials offer even more variety and are perfect if you like to change things around. Dessert is equally heavenly with creations such as rum chocolate and banana bread pudding or triple chocolate cheesecake.
Sundays
Make Sunday extra special with brunch at Ballygiblin’s. The buffet is there for you to enjoy while you wait for your a la carte selection. A must if you have kids, or a hunger that can’t wait. Fresh items like fruits and croissants will help you sate your appetite while you wait on your main course. For the mains enjoy eggs pretty much any way you can imagine, whole wheat pancakes or oatmeal crusted French toast. While things may seem vaguely familiar there is something unique and special added to each dish.
Extras
Ballygiblins is proud to serve two local beers on tap as well as a variety of others including organic samplings and other local micro breweries. A full wine list and mixed drink selection round out the offerings.
