The theme this year is The World Salutes the Rideau Canal. Several boaters spend months designing their entry to entertain the citizens and visitors in Canada’s Capitol. <br><br> A new and popular attraction on Sunday morning, the MINI Flotilla, will scoot around the Basin of Dows Lake. This parade of remote controlled model boats is all ‘gussied’ up just like the big boats.
